SamePage is a UK-focused coordination platform for quoting, Scope of Works, FastTrack booking, partner trade alignment, materials tracking, customer portals and property history. These pages are written to match those flows, allocate responsibility clearly and limit platform liability as far as the law allows without relying on obviously unfair wording.
Platform role
SamePage provides software, records, workflows and moderation tools. It is not the appointed contractor for the underlying trade work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Pricing status
Guide prices, rough ranges, partner figures, demos and examples are not binding quotes unless confirmed by the relevant business under defined booking or quotation terms.
Trade responsibility
Businesses, PMs, contractors and partner trades remain responsible for workmanship, design judgement, compliance, insurance, qualifications, supervision and site safety.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for giving accurate information, photos, access details, approvals, consents and authority to proceed.
