Disclaimer
Guide price, demo content and partner estimate disclaimer
This disclaimer explains how to interpret figures shown in SamePage workflows, customer-facing demos and partner coordination journeys. It is written to reduce misunderstanding while preserving fair, legally realistic expectations for customers, businesses, PMs, contractors and partner trades.

1. Why this disclaimer exists
SamePage includes multiple pricing surfaces so users can compare options, plan scope and coordinate quickly. These surfaces do not always carry the same legal meaning.
This disclaimer reduces ambiguity by stating clearly when a number is guidance and when it may become contractually binding.
2. Figures that are usually indicative only
- Rough ranges shown during customer-entry or pre-survey stages.
- Guide prices generated from historical patterns, presets or rules.
- Partner trade guide figures shown before partner acceptance and review.
- Demo and sample prices in onboarding, marketing or customer-facing walkthroughs.
- Running materials-ledger totals shown before customer approval into quote, variation or invoice workflows.
3. When pricing can become binding
Pricing is normally binding only when the relevant business or authorised project lead clearly confirms a quote or booking on stated terms and the customer accepts on that basis.
Binding terms usually depend on the full workflow context, including Scope of Works wording, assumptions, exclusions, declared conditions, cancellation terms and payment terms.
4. FastTrack clarification
FastTrack can include fixed-price jobs, conditional fixed-price jobs, or attendance and diagnosis bookings. The specific booking card or checkout wording governs that transaction.
A fixed FastTrack fee does not automatically mean the full works price is fixed unless the booking text expressly says so.
5. Responsibility allocation
- SamePage: responsible for operating the software platform with reasonable care and presenting workflow records as designed.
- Customer: responsible for accuracy of supplied details, photos, access data and approvals given.
- Business owner and PM: responsible for scope drafting, trade selection, supervision, sequencing and final commercial decisions.
- Contractor and partner trade: responsible for workmanship, technical judgment, compliance, qualifications, insurance and site safety.
6. Liability position
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SamePage does not accept liability for losses caused by reliance on clearly indicated non-binding guide figures, demos or provisional partner estimates.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
